Why Build to "Lock Up" ?
Building to lock up will allow unprecedented amount of control enabling you the freedom to use your own desired trades persons and materials. The overall time to take possession of the build will be reduced by several months and based on past project we estimate a price reduction of approximately $30,000 on an average 4x2 home.
If you have renovated homes in the past, have a trade background or just an overall handy person this style of construction can prove beneficial.
* Approximate savings is based on an average 4x2 homes, building to the standard construction "Handover Stage" excluding turnkey items.
