Lock Up Only
In this style of build the builder will hand over the home once all the external finishes are done, windows and doors in and locked up. The internal of the home will have walls plastered, ceilings installed with plumbing and electrical chased but no fitting items installed. The client will then have the complete freedom to fit out the remaining of their home themselves, such as the bathrooms, kitchens, doors, walk in robes, theaters and more.

Rear Lot Development
